Under the supervision of the Deputy Director, this role involves developing and optimizing economic results within a specific scope while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a team manager in a coach attitude, you will mobilize the team to reach objectives and develop individual skills. You act as a liaison between various services, defining strategy, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring product availability and sales excellence.
