About this role
The Response Advisor supports emergency response capacity building for the USA DoS-funded EpiC project to strengthen health security, laboratory and surveillance systems in Burundi. The role focuses on improving country preparedness and detection of priority infectious diseases and helping to advance Joint External Evaluation (JEE) scores. The position is based in Bujumbura and requires collaboration with government ministries, development partners, and regional project staff.
