Restaurant Chef – Sekka

The Restaurant Chef – Sekka will provide culinary leadership and execute the intimate Omakase dining experience at the newly reimagined The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel. This role involves curating seasonal menus, sourcing exceptional ingredients, and leading the kitchen team to maintain uncompromising standards of quality and craftsmanship. The position is planned to start in March 2027, allowing the successful candidate to play an integral role in the pre-opening phase and shape the restaurant's culinary identity.
