Granite Club
The Granite Club is seeking a full-time Restaurant Chef to oversee the culinary program across three distinct dining concepts, including a Sports Pub, Multi-cuisine Family Dining, and an Upscale Steakhouse. This role involves maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, evolving the culinary menu in line with current trends, and supervising kitchen and stewarding staff. The position requires close collaboration with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage to ensure operational excellence and team development.
