The role involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining superior guest service standards, and driving business profitability through effective management of food costs, labor, and sales growth. The individual provides leadership to the restaurant team, oversees staff training and development, and actively participates in local marketing and community affairs.
