Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager provides leadership to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected. This role oversees the overall operation of the assigned restaurant, managing staff resources, and providing counsel, training, and coaching to build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards. The position is responsible for ensuring the overall integrity of the Buffalo Wild Wings brand through effective team performance, increased sales, profitability, and cost controls.
