Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager provides leadership to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected. This role is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned restaurant, building sales and profits while maintaining operating standards and the integrity of the Buffalo Wild Wings brand. The position involves managing staff resources, providing counsel, training, and coaching to develop the team and achieve financial and operating goals.
