Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager in operating a Wendy’s restaurant by fostering a positive, respectful work environment and ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles. The role focuses on driving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The manager also contributes to staff development and helps maintain operational standards with support from the GM or District Manager.
