Fitler Club
The Restaurant Server Assistant provides exceptional one-on-one service to guests dining at Fitler Club's outlets, assisting servers with food and beverage delivery, table maintenance, and room service orders. This role requires maintaining top-level product knowledge, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality across all dining areas. The position also involves cross-training in Flo's Café and maintaining cleanliness and organization in both front and back-of-house spaces.
