Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Supervisor

The RB&E Supervisor leads the team during assigned shifts at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational readiness, and smooth day-to-day outlet operations. The role involves overseeing colleague training and development, providing coaching and guidance, and contributing to continuous improvements that enhance operational performance. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, the supervisor maintains excellent knowledge of outlet concepts and service standards to drive efficiency across the Restaurants, Bars and Experiences department.
