Restorative Aide

The Restorative Aide works within the nursing department to maintain and restore residents' self-care abilities, ambulation, and range of motion through assigned exercises and activities. This role focuses on assisting residents with daily living tasks while ensuring their highest functional level is achieved. The position requires collaboration with the therapy department and adherence to resident care plans.
