About this role
A Restorative CNA - Wellness Instructor works with the rehab therapy team to deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs for senior residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role supports restorative care activities (ambulation, transfers, ROM, dressing/grooming) and partners with therapists to improve patient function. Training in restorative techniques is provided onsite; CNA certification is required.
