Restorative Practice Specialist

The Restorative Practice Specialist trains and supports teachers, principals, and school staff in implementing Restorative Practices and interpreting school discipline data. The role involves providing ongoing training and retraining in Restorative Practice, attending various school meetings to ensure fidelity, and developing specialized training in secondary areas such as ACE, Transition, Mentoring, or Parent and Classroom Management. Additionally, the specialist coordinates support services for students with the Discipline Review Board staff based on their assigned area of need.
