Restorative Practices Specialist

This role provides training, support, and direct assistance to students and families using the restorative practices model to improve the student's learning experience within Metro Nashville Public Schools. The specialist collaborates with school leadership to implement restorative practices, coordinates student re-entry from discipline, and facilitates short-term interventions to resolve harm and restore relationships. The position also involves data collection, program evaluation, and professional development to enhance safety and reduce disproportionate discipline.
