Retail Agent (Northlands)

As a Customer Champion Representative at One NZ, you will be the primary point of contact for customers' sales and service needs in the Northlands Shopping Centre retail store. You will drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying opportunities, and guiding customers through the sales journey from discovery to close. The role involves consultative face-to-face interactions, voice calls, or messaging to provide tailored solutions for both consumer and business customers. This is a part-time permanent position requiring a rostered schedule across Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.
