Retail Asset Protection Manager

The Retail Asset Protection Manager is responsible for proactively protecting all Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s assets in retail stores, including people, property, and proprietary information. This role involves leading the asset protection function to enhance profitability through shrink and risk reduction while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining safety and security. The position requires investigating criminal activity, partnering with inventory control teams, and promoting a shrink elimination culture through education and training.
