Retail Assistant

The Retail Assistant supports Guest Services and Retail operations at Great Lakes Aquarium by overseeing store functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining smooth front-end and gift store operations. This role acts as a bridge between team leads and management, providing operational leadership, supporting merchandising tasks, and assisting with training and coaching staff members. Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and helping to train new team members in a fast-paced public environment.
