Retail Backroom Coordinator

This role engages in receiving and merchandising operations to ensure the efficient processing of merchandise and delivery of an excellent customer experience at a TJX retail location. The incumbent oversees store standards, trains associates on operational principles, and coordinates the flow of goods from delivery to the sales floor while maintaining a safe and organized environment. Key duties include mentoring team members, enforcing merchandising philosophies, and managing backroom organization to support retail operations.
