Retail Client Experience Manager I

The Retail Client Experience Manager I assists the Retail Private Banker in the day-to-day operations of the branch and manages the inside sales process. In the Retail Private Banker's absence, the role runs the branch, manages sales, and ensures staff compliance with internal and external policies. The position leads staff in providing exceptional service to clients and helps develop and expand consumer and business account relationships.
