Retail Department Coordinator

This role serves as a store leader at TJ Maxx, responsible for promoting excellent customer experiences and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. The incumbent models outstanding service, trains staff on loyalty programs and front-end principles, manages POS coverage, and ensures adherence to store plans and safety standards.
