The Retail Director Outlets Europe leads the strategic direction and profitable growth of Levi Strauss & Co.’s outlet business across Europe. This role oversees outlet marketing activations, visual merchandising, and dotted-line leadership of district managers while ensuring alignment with brand positioning, financial targets and cross-functional priorities. The position reports to the VP Retail Europe and focuses on elevating the consumer experience and accelerating outlet store performance.
