About this role
The Retail Excellence Manager for CHANEL Fashion leads initiatives to elevate the performance and client experience of the Brand’s Fashion retail network. Reporting to the Head of Retail Strategy and Development, the role contributes to the Fashion strategic roadmap, coordinates cross-regional projects, and manages a small team to align retail standards with strategic priorities. The position interfaces with Markets, Regions and multiple Fashion Division experts to drive global retail initiatives.
