Retail Inventory Control Coordinator

The Retail Inventory Control Coordinator supports end-to-end inventory and freight operations, including receiving, processing, tracking, and fulfilling web orders to ensure timely and accurate execution. This role involves leading and developing warehouse associates while partnering with store leadership to improve processes, reduce shrink, and maintain inventory accuracy. The position requires ensuring inventory control policies are followed and collaborating with Loss Prevention to support asset protection initiatives.
