Retail Key Carrier

The Key Carrier role serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator position within TJ Maxx and other off-price retail stores. Staff alternate between standard coordination duties and acting as Manager on Duty to oversee store operations, team performance, and customer service. This leadership-track position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, to ensure stores function smoothly and maintain high service standards.
