The Retail Keyholder supports store management by supervising daily store operations, ensuring a clean and well-merchandised shopping environment, and delivering excellent customer service. The role helps execute GameStop’s buy/sell/trade/reservation model, completes transactional and administrative tasks, and assists with inventory and loss prevention efforts.
