Retail Loss Prevention Associate II

This role supports the District Loss Prevention Manager by serving as a visual deterrent against loss and dishonesty through CCTV monitoring and a body-worn camera. The employee will maintain a professional presence at the front of the store to ensure safety, protect company assets, and enhance the customer shopping experience. Key duties include observing suspicious behavior, documenting incidents in AIIM Case Management, and collaborating with store teams to uphold company policies.
