This role is a salaried retail leadership position responsible for the Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB loyalty and credit program within a store location. It serves as the in-store ambassador for the CLUB brand, partnering with store leadership to strengthen customer connection to the program and supporting overall store leadership coverage during Manager-on-Duty shifts. The position also involves representing the CLUB brand through on-site and off-site events as needed.
