About this role

Lead front-end store operations to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience and uphold company standards and brand promises. Support the Store Manager by managing omnichannel processes, front-end staff, and daily operational tasks including cash reconciliation, inventory activities, and safety/shrink programs. Participate in customer service, events, merchandising, and custom framing where applicable.
