Retail Manager

The Retail Manager oversees all aspects of golf shop retail operations, including merchandising, inventory, and sales performance. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Golf and works closely with the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals to drive revenue and ensure exceptional guest service. The position involves managing merchandise buying plans, analyzing sales performance, and coordinating with various teams to maintain an attractive and well-stocked golf shop.
