Retail Merchandise Coordinator

This role sets and enforces merchandising, receiving, and operational standards while ensuring efficient store processing and an excellent customer experience. The associate models exceptional service, coordinates truck deliveries, manages inventory flow, and mentors team members to achieve productivity goals. Duties include maintaining backroom cleanliness, executing labeling protocols, and partnering with management on training and shrink reduction.
