Retail Operations Manager

The Retail Operations Manager will lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of an emerging retail program in the tobacco alternatives category, overseeing day-to-day operations, SOP development, recruitment, training, and performance reporting. This six‑month contract role involves working across frontline locations, the client’s head office, and the agency to ensure consistent, compliant, and premium customer experiences while building a scalable operating model.
