The position involves facilitating sales, managing DIY services like battery and wiper installation, maintaining store inventory systems, and achieving personal and store sales goals. Candidates must possess in-depth automotive system knowledge, strong diagnostic abilities, and successful completion of a Parts Knowledge Assessment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for integrating with store operations including cycle counts, safety protocols, and operating specialized diagnostic equipment.
