About this role
A Community Health Center Pharmacist provides pharmacy services within Cardinal Health’s retail contract pharmacies, supporting population health programs and access to medications for communities in need. The role is part of Cardinal Health Innovative Delivery Solutions and supports partner health facilities through company-owned retail pharmacy operations. This position is based in Westernport with expected float coverage to Oakland and Grantsville and is scheduled for 30 hours per week.
