Retail Rock Climbing Associate

As a Climbing Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will drive engagement and training programs for both teammates and customers while monitoring climbing activities and ensuring safety. This role involves directing the daily workflow of the climb department, instructing climbing techniques to all levels, and upholding company standards for merchandise and operations. You will also assist the team in creating an inclusive environment and maintaining loss prevention standards for the rock wall and equipment.
