About this role
Floor & Decor Sales Associate positions (full- and part-time) support the retail store by helping customers and maintaining an attractive, shoppable environment. This onsite role is physically active with occasional warehouse and heavy-lifting tasks. Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience and benefits offered.
