Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate with Cox Communications, you will deliver exceptional customer service in our retail stores by explaining product capabilities, driving sales, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will support store operations, handle cash transactions, and continuously expand your knowledge of Cox and competitor telecommunications products through regular training. This role requires a consultative, solutions-based approach to influence customer decisions and meet established sales and retention targets while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
