About this role
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in maintaining sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily store operations at an O’Reilly Auto Parts location. The role will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Managers and perform store opening/closing and cash-handling procedures.
