Retail Shift Leader

Canna Cabana is seeking knowledgeable and responsible part-time Shift Leaders to supervise daily store operations at their Kingsbury, Mississauga location. In the absence of a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, this role involves overseeing sales, managing customer service issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. The successful candidate will lead by example to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of store conditions and team performance.
