Retail Shift Leader

Canna Cabana is seeking part-time Shift Leaders to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the cannabis retail industry. The ideal candidate will act as a role model for customer service, handle escalations, and support sales and inventory goals in the absence of senior management. This role requires a mature individual with a valid cannabis retail license and a strong track record in retail leadership.
