Canna Cabana is seeking knowledgeable and mature individuals to serve as part-time shift leaders responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies. In the absence of upper management, these leaders act as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, sales targets, and inventory management while modeling exemplary conduct for the team.
