Retail Shift Leader

Canna Cabana seeks knowledgeable and mature Part-Time Shift Leaders to oversee daily store operations and assist store management. The role involves supervising associates, resolving customer service issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales targets within the retail cannabis industry. Shift Leaders will lead by example while managing inventory processes and adhering to company policies in the absence of the Store Manager.
