Retail Shift Leader

Canna Cabana is seeking knowledgeable and responsible Part-Time Shift Leaders to supervise daily store operations and assist store management. The role involves overseeing staff, resolving customer service issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales targets. Shift Leaders act as role models for customer service and may step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
