Retail Shift Supervisor

The Retail Shift Supervisor assists the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Goodwill Retail Store or Outlet, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient processing of used goods. This role involves training new employees, maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards, and managing cash handling and security procedures. The position requires the ability to operate the store in the absence of senior management and handle bank transactions and alarm responses as needed.
