Retail Store Manager

This position leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Goodwill retail store location, supporting the organization's mission to end unemployment. The role involves managing store operations, overseeing production, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling financial management and inventory control. The incumbent acts as a key holder and backup to the Store Manager while training and developing the store team.
