About this role

The Sunnyside Retail Store Supervisor supports day-to-day dispensary operations in accordance with state law and company standards, acting as an ambassador for the company mission. The role helps direct staff workflow, enforces compliance, handles customer escalations, and supports training and development of team members. It also oversees store opening/closing procedures, inventory and cash reconciliation, and maintains a safe, welcoming retail environment.
