The Retail Supervisor-Events oversees the management of effective, efficient, and quality event execution at a designated location. This role involves auditing, training, and coaching Event Specialists to ensure team compliance and represent the CROSSMARK Events team. The supervisor is responsible for recruiting, supervising, and motivating employees to meet client expectations while maintaining food safety practices. They also manage expense metrics, monitor event performance, and maintain a clean and orderly demo kitchen.
