The Retail Supervisor-Events manages effective and quality event execution at a designated location, auditing, training, and coaching Event Specialists to ensure team compliance and represent the CROSSMARK Events team. The role involves recruiting, supervising, and motivating employees while ensuring food safety practices and quality execution standards are maintained. The supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for events within the store, managing expense metrics, rescheduling events as needed, and maintaining a clean and orderly demo kitchen.
