Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor supports the store leadership team by driving sales, maintaining efficient operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role oversees daily functions including merchandising, inventory, and training while leading the team during assigned shifts. When the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable, the Supervisor assumes leadership responsibility to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.
