The Retention Specialist provides academic support, coaching, and advising to students from first-generation, low-income, and disability backgrounds within the TRIO Student Support Services Classic & STEM program. This role focuses on promoting student retention and graduation through holistic support services, including college transition, academic success, and career development. The position also involves supporting new student recruitment and collaborating with campus partners to enhance student success initiatives.
