Retirement Plan Administrator

Strongpoint Partners is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator to manage a portfolio of retirement plan clients and provide high-quality administration, compliance, and client service. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for an assigned caseload of approximately 70–80 retirement plans, helping clients navigate annual plan administration, compliance testing, government filings, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong retirement plan administration experience, a solid understanding of ERISA and qualified retirement plan regulations, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships while delivering responsive, knowledgeable service.
